Depending on your course context and goals, you have several options for recording content/lectures and making those videos available to students on Canvas via the Panopto integration (click each option to toggle open for more details):

Classroom lecture capture	Automatically gets pushed to class's Panopto folder	Once a video has been added to the class's Panopto folder, there are 3 main ways you can have students access it
Self-service lecture capture (record via Zoom on iPad)	Automatically gets pushed to class's Panopto folder (when Panopto-Zoom integration is enabled)
Lightweight lecture capture	For each class session enrolled in this program, you will receive links by email for the recording	Distribute link at your discretion to students who were absent from class, or provide to all students via your Canvas site by adding it to a module or page (more on how to do that here)

Record with Zoom	Automatically gets pushed to class's Panopto folder (when Panopto-Zoom integration is enabled)
Record in Lightboard studio	Grab video file from Dropbox (where it first gets added when you're in the studio) and upload to class's Panopto folder
