HW2: Project Literature Review

The project literature review should contain a) an introduction and b) previous work and background on your project. This assignment can be between 4-8 pages.

Some resources are below. If something is not particularly suited to your project, then that is fine. 

The introduction should have:

1. Problem statement: What problem does this paper solve? (Or, what question does it answer?)
2. Motivation: Why is this an important or hard problem?
3. Approach: How does this paper approach the problem?
4. Contributions: What are the new contributions of this paper?

From the literature review, the following should be apparent:

• the broad consensus and/or dissension
• the open problem(s)
• the gap in the literature
