PSET 0

PSET 0 is an introductory homework assignment designed to be much easier  and shorter than PSETS 1-3. It focuses on foundational exercises involving PyTorch and Biopython. The goal is to help you get familiar with these tools before tackling the more complex problems in the later problem sets.

Use the attached Google Colab notebook, copy to your own colab account, and fill in.
