Overview of video capture options
Depending on your course context and goals, you have several options for recording content/lectures and making those videos available to students on Canvas via the Panopto integration (click each option to toggle open for more details):
Record lecture/class session in physical classroom
If your goal is to record in-person sessions taking place in a classroom on campus:

Record Zoom session/class

Create new video of curricular content
If your goal is to record a new video (i.e., short lecture, class prep, exam review):

Record in Lightboard studio | Grab video file from Dropbox (where it first gets added when you're in the studio) and upload to class's Panopto folder | |
